The Center for Architecture and Urban Studies and Research is a subordinate organization to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development; its rule is defined as a planning, thinking and information giving unit in the areas of architecture and urban planning. Its objectives include the coordination, centralization and implementation of the country’s study and research program in the areas of architecture and urban planning. It is also responsible for the preparation of regulations and guidelines, as well as providing consultations for the preparation and implementation of architectural and urban planning projects, which are in line with the needs of the country.
